Estate, Foreclosure & Hoarding Cleanouts in Lakeland

A house, a garage, a shed and a yard, cleared in a day or two by a crew that keeps what you tell it to and hauls the rest. Discreet, on schedule, one price.

(863) 445-4416

Most cleanouts use both tools: a 30-yard container in the driveway for volume and a crew for the carrying, sorting and sweeping. We walk the property with you or your agent, mark what stays, quote the whole job, and start the next day. Estate work is done with the family's pace in mind; foreclosures and rental turnovers are done fast.

Who calls us

  • Executors and families clearing a parent's home before sale, often from out of town.
  • Realtors and attorneys who need a property broom-clean by a listing or closing date.
  • Property managers and landlords turning over a rental after a tenant left everything.
  • Banks and asset managers on foreclosures and REO properties.
  • Families in hoarding situations who want it handled quietly and without judgment.

How a cleanout runs

  1. Walkthrough. In person or by video. You point out what stays, what is donated, what goes.
  2. One quote. Container, crew hours and disposal in a single number, usually the same day.
  3. Container drops. A 20 or 30-yard on boards in the driveway, doors facing the house.
  4. Crew clears. Room by room, tagging anything personal we find. Appliances with Freon are set aside for a certified recycler.
  5. Haul and sweep. Debris to the Polk County landfill; the house left broom-clean, photos sent if you are remote.

What we do with what we haul

Usable furniture and household goods can go to a local donation outlet when time allows. Scrap metal and appliances are recycled. Everything else goes to the Polk County North Central Landfill under the county's construction-and-demolition rate, which is included in your quote. Hazardous items — paint, chemicals, batteries — are set aside for the county's free household hazardous waste drop-off; see the permitted-waste list.

Coverage

Lakeland, Mulberry, Bartow, Auburndale, Winter Haven, Plant City, Haines City, Lake Wales, Davenport and Tampa. All service areas.

Frequently asked questions

You walk us through what stays, we tag it, and it does not move. Anything found later that looks personal — photos, documents, jewelry — goes in a box for you rather than the truck.

When there is time and a local outlet will take it, yes. Tell us it matters to you and we will plan a donation run before the haul.

A typical three-bedroom estate cleanout is one to two days with a crew and a 30-yard container on site. Hoarding situations vary; we quote after seeing it and usually work in one continuous stretch.

Yes. Many cleanouts are coordinated remotely: the professional sends access, we send photos as we go and a scale ticket at the end.
