We collect only what we need to quote, schedule and complete your job, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.

2. Information we collect
- What you give us: name, phone number, email, delivery address, project details, photos you send, and whether you agreed to receive text messages.
- What our website collects automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring page, and the marketing source of your visit (for example UTM tags or an ad click ID). Once analytics tags are enabled, Google Analytics and advertising pixels may set cookies for this purpose.
- What we record when we talk: call and text history with our business number, so we can follow up on your job. Inbound calls may be recorded for quality and training; you will hear an announcement.
3. How we use it
- To quote, schedule, deliver, pick up and invoice your job.
- To reply to your questions by phone, text or email.
- To send delivery and pickup reminders and, if you opted in, a request for a review after the job.
- To understand which marketing brings customers, and to measure and improve the website.
- To meet legal obligations, such as landfill manifests and tax records.
4. Text messages (SMS)
We text you only if you check the consent box on our form, text us first, or ask us to by phone. Messages cover your quote, delivery, pickup and a post-job review request. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out and HELP for help. Mobile information and SMS consent are never shared with or sold to third parties for marketing purposes. 5. Who we share it with
Only service providers who help us run the business: our customer-relationship and messaging platform, email and web-hosting providers, payment processors, and analytics or advertising platforms (for aggregate measurement). Each is bound to use your information only to provide its service to us. We share information with law enforcement or courts when legally required. We do not sell personal information.
6. Cookies and tracking
The site uses essential cookies to function and, once enabled, analytics and advertising cookies (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta) to measure visits and conversions. You can block cookies in your browser; the quote form and phone links still work without them.
7. Retention
Quote requests and job records are kept as long as needed to serve you and to satisfy tax and legal requirements, generally seven years for completed jobs. Unconverted quote requests may be deleted sooner on request.
8. Your choices and rights
- Opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP.
- Unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any message.
- Ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@dumpsterrentalkingllc.com. We will respond within 30 days.
9. Security
Form submissions are sent over HTTPS and stored in access-controlled systems. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach affecting your information we will notify you as required by Florida law.
10. Children
Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
11. Changes
We will post any changes here with a new effective date. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
